Gently Cleansing a New Beginning

Grief can look like exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, loss of confidence, feeling disconnected from yourself, or struggling to let go of a chapter that has come to an end.
To accompany today’s reflection on grief, I pulled the card:
✨ Cleansing ✨
Releasing the old • Energetic tune up • New beginnings
I feel this card is reminding us that grief is not only about what we have lost.
It is also a process of releasing what no longer belongs in our lives, creating space for healing, and slowly finding our way into a new chapter.
Sometimes grief asks us to let go of old expectations, old identities, old versions of ourselves, or the life we thought we would have.
This doesn’t mean forgetting.
It doesn’t mean moving on quickly.
It simply means allowing healing to gently cleanse what we no longer need to carry, so that new beginnings can emerge in their own time.
🌊 Just as water washes away what is no longer needed, this card feels like a reminder to trust the healing process and honour wherever you are on your journey.
💫 What is this message inviting you to notice within yourself today?
🧡 Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and move gently with your day.
