Living in freedom as old stories and beliefs fall away, no longer needing the protection of the version of me that once helped me feel safe. I thank those stories and beliefs for carrying me this far 🤍

Now, in the stillness and the quiet, I understand that I have always been free. Feeling trapped was only an illusion that kept me from seeing who I really am.

Freedom is the quiet voice whispering to you ✨

It is the gentle knowing inside you that a new version of yourself is awakening 💫

But awakening asks you to step boldly outside your comfort zone. It asks you to choose yourself, to embrace uncertainty, and to trust what you feel deep within 🌿
